Newport on a Tuesday night. We drove to five restaurants before finding Zach’s Bistro. Although He was sold out of almost everything, we were able to get the most amazing dinner ever! Even my five-year-old grandson loved the food. I had the fish cakes, with artichoke and dill. Oh my goodness! It was amazing. My daughter had perfectly cooked salmon dinner. An amazing experience! Everything was absolutely wonderful and we can't wait to come back. I am in awe. The flavor combinations are so well thought out and absolutely everything was expertly prepared with love and pride. Incredible.
