First of all it was this sat afternoon in N Bend Safeway. My friend had a gift card. It was my very first Starbucks coffee.
The girl hardly said 3 connected words to us. Very snarky. And was nasty when I was looking at the coffee mugs. Said "can't you see the price on the bottom."
Never told us our drinks were sitting at the end to be picked up. Thank youvety much. And my hot mocha was lukewarm.
Not an experience I plan on repeating.
I was there yesterday and the girl behind the counter was very friendly. She even apologized that the espresso machine was broken.
