I've eaten at this particular McDonald's. For over thirty years. They've never let me down. Their customer service is and always has been top notch. Located on Broadway, this McDonald's restaurant is kept immaculately clean. Was greeted almost immediately after coming in lobby door at 06:03 a.m. and told "someone will be right with you to take your order". A team member was right up there to get my order in less than a minute from being greeted. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits to go. I mean, it's McDonald's. So the food is not Gourmet. However, the North Bend McDonald's staff is always upbeat and fun to interact with. In addition, I rarely have items missing from my order or completed incorrectly. I do wish that whoever puts the sandwiches together could manage to stack them a little more neatly. But, All In all, it is always a fun and pleasant interaction whenever I stop off there for a coffee drink or a snack.
