I stopped thru the drive thru for a quick bite. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. The lady who took my order was very friendly, the food was hot and fresh which made me super happy. Just all around wonderful experience.

Great place to go for a nice and relaxing place to grab a bite to eat. Very friendly staff, they are very professional and make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience. 💯💯👍

Unbelievably slow every single time. Definitely not a QSR restaurant. Staff are always friendly however, orders are rarely accurate. Should not take 30-40 minutes for an order. Bob’s sit down restaurant gets food out faster.

Oh my gosh! The best ice cream I think I have ever had, but the real show stopper was the spicy Papa burger, wowza! I am anticipating returning here so I can get another spicy papa.

There were three cars in front of me and it took 19 minutes for me to be able to order and get my food. On the plus side the food was fresh and service was friendly. Each time I go here there are small issues with ordering and consistency of food quality but this was probably the most frustrating.

Food is good. Just know you will sit in the drive-thru waiting for at least 10 minutes every time.
The new guy not only left me on hold for over 10 minutes while he indulged his personal conversations. When I gave up and drove in, he was snide and unapologetic and charged me $8.50 for the kid's meal I purchased for my senior client. He was rude and did not listen and messed up the order multiple times. Like asking for honey mustard to dip strips ge interpreted as 2 packets of yellow mustard?! When you work in food service and make a mistake just APOLOGIZE. Don't act like a spoiled child and sabotage orders and overcharge people. I'm never coming back. He intentionally ripped me off. It's not MY fault, he is a crappy employee.
Addendum: new guy no longer working there so went back last night. I'm still recovering from the gut wrenching excruciatingly painful case of food poisoning. I never should have gone back. Worst food poisoning I've ever had. Even worse that Tijuana street taco debacle.
Bumped up a star SPECIFICALLY because your server Mari is SO FRIENDLY. Very professional. Treat her right, owners. She's making your business look good

Really great food. Onion rings are absolutely phenomenal. Best part?? All the food is cooked the second you order! No dry, cold, crusty burger and fries that's been sitting for hours at a time. The longer wait time is so worth it for this place where the workers take time to speak with you and show you they care. 100% recommend:)

The grey shirt gal (mari) did a great job at trying to keep it all above board however her trainee blatantly ignoring her, why she works circles around him while trying to keep kitchen also caught up. It's unfortunate we had to wait over 20 min for a chocolate shake and got cold cheese curds. So sorry for your struggle young lady.
