K & R Drive-Inn is a cool little local drive-in burger joint. The burgers, sandwiches, and ice cream are outstanding and very flavorful. They have many, many flavors of Umpqua quality ice cream. The veggie burger is the best ever, and the bacon cheese burger is also a favorite. The pulled pork sandwich is another great option for a quick stop. It is a little roadside drive-in very close to the I-5 freeway with easy access both north and southbound. There is a large, wide open parking lot with enough parking for rigs and RVs. The staff is very friendly, hardworking, and super kind. Service is fast. Prices are reasonable. It has outdoor covered picnic table seating, or customers can eat in their car. This place brings back incredible memories of a simpler time. The food is made to order, piping hot, and fresh. It is way better than going to any of the big fast food chains. It is the #1 burger joint in this corner of Oregon, and a must stop for every trucker.
