I’ve been coming here for two years since I moved to Oregon. The service here differs on the time of day. I obviously know it’s going to be busier at night when the dinner starts and that’s usually when I go. I can’t complain too much about the service being slow at that time. The food is always fresh, however. I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees here. They have all been super nice and kind to me and my children. They almost got one star because I ordered 12 tacos and they gave me 6 so I called in and they took my name down a d said I could come in anytime the next day and pick up my order. I went the next day and let me tell you they made it right!!!! They gave me a full order of 12 tacos and they were very polite about it. Highly recommend this jack in the box!!

I really like the place when I walk in with my brother to go eat but they never answer the phone when I try to do call in orders and they have given us free food before so they are really kind but slow still.
