“Rating this particular Subway location 5 stars because of the excellent customer service but if I could rate the Subway corporation’s business practices a 1 I would. The employee was super friendly and transparent and allowed me to make an informed decision on what I wanted on my sandwiches in order not to be charged extra for items that previously didn’t cost extra or items that some people may not be aware cost extra. For example I was going to get a $4.99 BLT 6” special but she informed me cheese doesn’t come with that particular sandwich. Since when?? A standard amount of cheese has always been no additional charge on EVERY sandwich. If Subway has recently changed their policies to try to gouge even more money out of the customer then they need to be up front about it and not hide behind the tiny print on the sign that says “add ons extra.” They need to be very clear on what “add ons” include because they used to only be things like double meat, double cheese or avocado. Certainly not regular cheese or vegetables. The whole point of Subway is to be able to customize the flavor of the sandwich with whatever cheese, veggies and sauce you want. If you are now charging more for some of those items in certain cases you are taking value away from the customer and you definitely should not encourage your staff to hide that fact from customers. It leads to confusion and frustration. So A+ for the customer service and cleanliness at this particular Subway location, but I will not be eating at Subway anymore unless it’s my only food option because of their bad up charge policies.“

“Well I would really like to say THANK YOU and very good job. We went through today and I got a tuna with extra olives and pickles and the young ladies that helped us were both happy and have amazing customer service. We were both extremely pleased by the food and the service. Great job and hope yall have a great day.“

“I had the experience to be helped by Gabe. He was nice and friendly, and made an excellent sandwich. He greeted me as I walked in the door, and efficiently got me out in record time, and told me to have a great day. He deserves a raise! Subway is looking up!“
