I went through the drive-thru today and Alexia C served me. She was crazy quick, caught everything I needed, and incredibly kind. She put up with my multiple requests very gracefully and made my day :)
It has been so long since I've had a good experience here. Their team lead Issy was so helpful and nice. Its great to see this place getting back on track.
8/12/26. Only had 2 people on staff to run the place. The ladies working were great and the food was awesome. They both deserve a raise!!

Taco Bell is a restaurant that offers a typical fast-food experience. The outside of the store is clean, and the service is good. The food tastes good, and it’s fun to visit with friends, but it can be pricy depending on the order, with box meals sometimes exceeding $10. Many customers find the value for money to be good, making the trip almost worth the 45-minute drive. The staff, like Esmeralda, are helpful and willing to explain and do substitutions to ensure customer satisfaction. The drive-thru is quick and acceptable, especially since the lounge was closed due to staffing issues. Parking is ample, with plenty of spots available, especially as many customers prefer the drive-thru. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with handicap parking and easy entry. Overall, Taco Bell remains a decent option for a quick bite, though some items, like the cheese it crunch wrap, can be discontinued early. While the food is generally good, wait times and limited dining options can affect the overall experience.
