Norwegian Meatball Wrap
Norwegian meatballs and surkal topped with gjetost cheese sauce wrapped in our house-made lefse, a Norwegian potato-based flat-bread. We make our traditional lefse fresh daily.
Salmon Wrap
Smoked salmon, slices of hard-boiled egg and cucumber on a bed of arugula topped with chevre and our house made dill sauce wrapped in our house-made lefse, a Norwegian potato-based flat-bread.
Polse Wrap
Smoked sausage with Norwegian coleslaw, dill mustard, and pickled onions and cucumbers wrapped up in our house-made lefse.

Saw this cute place after getting my haircut downtown and knew I had to come back to check it out. Then I saw it advertised by someone on IG.
I’m so glad my friends and I went. The food was great. Loved the flavors and quality of the food. We all gave it 4 ⭐️! Sadly they were out of the berry lemonade but that means we will definitely have to go back.
It was nice to have something new to try.
Not a ton of seating but it didn’t feel cramped....

This place is INCREDIBLE. If you aren't here on the weekend having brunch, what are you even doing with your life???? We ordered several dishes but I think the favorite of the group was a savory waffle with pork belly, arugula, chèvre, and jalapeño maple syrup. wow wow wow. If I could go here every weekend, I absolutely would.

Went in late on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 5. Friendly and accommodating staff were awesome! The food was top notch, we even stayed for dessert. A great experience, will be going back again!
