They have knowingly charged me for two sauces when I only asked for one and didn’t take it off before they ran my card, when I told them I didn’t want to pay for two sauces because I’d only eat one, she told me there is nothing they can do. Always unprofessional when I come here. They should stop hiring lazy people

Well like all fast food places always a line I don’t mind but when you order and thy can’t hear you, you have to repeat yourself like five times and then when you get your food when you say you don’t want something on it and it comes on it you know kinda gets irritating pretty simple and then I went to get something else because I was going to drive-through as you could tell I went through. I didn’t say anything when I got in there. I got me a McFlurry Oreo came out. I seen one of the ladies one of the girls coming in from handing out the food that the people were waiting for I opened the door for and she couldn’t even say thank you so in my opinion, this place sucks.

It’s crazy. I came here at the last three times ordered one item a chicken Mc griddle and I get a sausage Mc griddle every freaking time. How can you charge double everyone else in the area and get orders wrong every single time

Worst location I've been to in Oregon. Don't wear gloves well some of them don't. Not stocked to well. I had to go back four times in one visit. I've also called corporate twice. Nice though just slow and unorganized with health concerns in my opinion ‼️

Update November 2005 : They apparently cannot be bothered to maintain their bathroom . And their employees have yet to figure out how to properly wash their hands with soap, running water and dry them off before leaving the rest restroom . Since the dawn of the kiosk, the employees here spend more time chatting with each other and looking at their phones, then they do paying attention to the people standing at the counter or in the restaurant. At 7:35 AM today, I walked in to see a lady standing at the counter, trying to get the attention of the expediter. 10 feet away the blonde wearing a black hoodie and not even anything remotely looking like a McDonald’s uniform had a mask covering her chin that should’ve been covering her mouth and nose and she was staring down at her phone.. so engrossed in her own world she couldn’t hear the lady at the counter who desperately needed the code to the bathroom. Luckily, I had it, and the girl followed me in. What happened to the policies of the phone stays in your pocket or in your locker while you’re on the clock?

Great customer service, with a manager bringing my food to my table. The staff here are very friendly and the restaurant is well maintained.
I ordered a mc chicken I checked it right before I ate it and I noticed somebody had taken a bite out of it I didn't eat it. I threw it away The employee wasn't wearing any gloves and scratched her head before she handed me my food gross!!

I requested fresh sausage patties an hash browns cuz the day before the food was barely warm, then they only gave half the order and I had to drive back to get the rest come on McDonald's you can do better than that. No cool when your on your way to work do better. Check your bag B4 you drive away!

They completely messed our order up, and even when they corrected it, the cheese was half gone on one of the sandwiches and unmelted, the chicken was dry/stale like it had been sitting out for a while… and there were flies EVERYWHERE.

The bathroom is trashed 90 percent of the time half the employees have their children there while they are working hanging out in random booths making it very awkward for customers coming in to eat. Almost all of the employee has a cell phone in their hand all the time and their face shoved in it. You could stand at the counter for 20 minutes and not be helped but when you ask for help its a problem and you have a attitude. But if you try an refill a cup you paid for they will come chasing you out the door and assume you a theif and threaten to trasspass you with police.
