I purchased a crispy chicken and got a piece of chicken that had been sitting in the warmer for hours, it was so tough I could not chew it. It was white on the bottom where grease had coagulated. It came with 2 pickle slices and bread, nothing else!. Won't go back!!

What has happened here? Why do my nuggets always taste like they were made yesterday? They are SO expensive to be cold and stale, same for the fries. I asked for my order to be made fresh and they told me the fries and nuggets were "just made." Drive off and reach in my bag for cold fries and nuggets, tastes so gross cold. Come ON. If I'm buying old food, give me a discount or something- make a half price menu that says "50% off old food". I'm not going to bother again. MickyD's is going to start closing stores soon because they can't figure out why people aren't eating there. 1 drink, 10 piece cold nugget, large cold fry =$15, nope not bothering with this anymore.

I think they're understaffed (who isn't these days) so getting a coffee took quite a while, but they're friendly and the coffee is good!

This McDonalds very clearly works to provide the best of the best customer experience. It is absolutely hilarious to me to observe grown people using it as a place for misplaced and misguided emotions via a wrong order. There's no reason everyone can not be kind and simply communicate. I appreciate their customer service all the way.
