If you ever decide to go order on counter, its almost impossible. They want you to order through kiosk which I've several time but is it mandatory tbat if ppl are ordering on kiosk, I should wait for kiosk? Kiosk is by choice. It has happened more often than not. This use to be my choice of McD's and I dont even eat there but carry few with me always because at fishing bank someone is always hungry. Last few times after waiting more than 10 minutes, standing at counter and no one even bothering to say "I'll be right there with you" I left. Not going there again and will avoid McD's if no response or some sort of assurance. Fast food is cut throat market. There's lots of choices to spend my $.
