I ordered on 12/19/24, via your app. Spent 27.00 for food. I checked the pickup curbside option. When I got to the store, it would not allow me to enter the space number I parked in, so I went into the store. They claimed that they could not see my order. I then showed them the order confirmation and proof that it was paid for. They said that there was NOTHING they could do and that if I was charged but never picked up the food, I would be credited back..guess what? 2 weeks later...read full review
We just went there and ordered a 6 piece happy meal with double fries no apples- we were given fries and apples and a toy. I have tried calling 4 times, it just rings and rings and rings and then asks for an access code. I am unable to drive back for service for hours.
Every time we go now something is ALWAYS missing , usually we chalk it up for a loss .
Today 6/27, in over 100 degree heat you are parking every car and you have one of your young employees running around delivering to food to every single car. He is drenched in sweat and huffing and puffing in a mask. I am sickened by it. Whomever made this decision is a complete monster.
