Best place for pizza in Oregon City. I appreciate their customer service and the cleanliness. I also really appreciate all the options. I do miss when they had the menu board up on the wall, but no big deal, I almost always order the same thing anyways.

The food still tastes fairly well. Noticed the change to a few items on the menu. Service was not good at all. Only 12 total customers and only saw a wait staffer once when our food was delivered to our table. No drink refills and no service. We didn’t finish our meals. Maybe this is why I have heard people stay away during the day here.
Recommend to go if you enjoy some of the food items as I do. Saw others wait 10-15 minutes before being approached at their table by the staff person. Suggest an additional staff person during the day. Looking forward to a change in the future.

Picked up food here a couple of times and they pile the ingredients high! Just a pick up so can't speak to atmosphere. Staff always helpful.

It’s really unfortunate because the food is fantastic — we love their pizza and French dips. But honestly, every time we order, whether we call or DoorDash for pickup, the wait time is always double what they say it will be. Tonight I called in, they told me 30 minutes, and I arrived 45 minutes later. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. They had my sandwich and cheesy bread, but we were waiting on our pizza.. Got home and half my food was cold. Every time we choose Pioneer Pizza for dinner, I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but I’m always disappointed by failed expectations and poor service.

Pizza and calzone are good but charging 60 bucks to deliver a small pizza and a small calzone and not even including any sauce for the calzone is crazy😩😩😩

30 mins for a take and bake pizza, no one is here, no tickets on the rail, phone not ringing for orders and 3 kids on the pizza line. Multitasking is a lost art. Come to find out, they bake it when we asked for take a d bake. 🤦♀️
