I give my experiencea 5 because of the lone waitress forced to be waitress and cook for over 2 hours. I forgot her name, but look at the schedule! She was a hard worker and very pleasant from the moment I arrived. They need to increase their staff, or they could lose their greatest asset, I would guess. I only had a bowl of soup, but it was very good.

We received a significantly incomplete take out order. When I called about the issue I was told they were without a cook, and the manager has left for the day. Eventually I was promised a refund. It was never issued. There seems to be an epidemic in Oregon City restaurants of not completing orders. I'm sick and tired of ordering take out or delivery only to discover that we have paid for items we did not receive, and having to make or supplement dinner at home anyway for at least one member of the family.

I can't believe what I just experienced. That was the dirtiest "restaurant" I have ever been in. Not just the building, dishes, silverware, my son got near the end of his soda and realized there was some kind of yellow sludge in it. Really gross. The food was absolutely tasteless which is the best one can say. How can someone make Au Jus tasteless? . Meat completely over done, bread crusty stale. If one likes very crispy fries this is the place. Took forever to get really bad food, and there were not many customers. My two boys and I are still, honestly, grossed out. We did not eat most of our food. We had two French dips and a burger with ice tea and soda. The coup de grace, with 20% tip our bill was $75.00 which was even more difficult to pay as the waitress standing over us had the worst breath I have ever smelled (sorry for personal attack, but awfully true.) The positive ratings on this site I can assure you can not be real.

The garbage near the front door was over flowing. They had a guy clean it up while I was there. There's bridge construction in the area, so it's a mess with lots of trucks, cones, etc. Weeds in the flower beds right outside the front windows... looks like they haven't kept up the outdoor "look" in a while (it IS winter now, but you can tell it's been a looooong time since they've been cared for). Good tasting food. Nice waitress - she put my Coke in a to go cup. :)

Went in for a slice of pie and the server served it to me with her long fingernail in it! I didn’t see it, but my husband did and locked eyes with the waitress who didn’t say a word or admit what had happened. None the wiser, I ate my slice of pie and my husband didn’t tell me about what happened until we were driving home. While I was of course upset with my husband, I was even more upset with the waitress for making such a disgusting mistake and staying silent rather than owning up to it and/or offering to fix it with a replacement piece.Aside from the terrible service, the interior was also very dingy and clearly in need of repairs. My husband said there was water leaking from the ceiling in the men’s bathroom, for goodness sake! All that to say, I/we had a terrible experience and will most certainly avoid eating at Shari’s in the future. My advice- Save yourself the hassle and skip your next visit!

I would definitely would close this location. It was the dirtiest place we've been in a long time. I should have taken pictures of the bathroom. It was so bad that we wouldn't even use it.Shari's restaurants never had that experience. It looks like this one was forgotten.

They had a new cook or as he called himself the "new kid on the block" lol sweet kind man and the staff was understaffed and still so patient and awesome. I had some of issues with my bacon burger and they fixed easy peasy and the cook even apologized to me. I was impressed by their positive attitude and chill nature. I was just glad for a burger and beer after a depressing day lolI hadn't been back to visit that state in years and they made an emergency visit for family not so hard on your girl....thanks Shari's crew you guys rock! And your pie hasn't missed any steps either

Shari's is a great place to come relax and you know what you're going to get. This location in Oregon City is in need of a serious update/ remodel. The employees are kind and give decent service when approached. If you play lottery, plan on fending for yourself. You will not be checked on.Plenty of parking, Handicap accessible.. If you found this review to be helpful, please like it ??? Update : 2,23,24 Nothing has changed . As a customer, I was told , " I'll be with you as soon as I can, I'm way far behind." See the latest photo of the dining area.... What am I missing?
