Have been to this Starbucks many times and have not had any problems. Drinks and food items come out well and taste good. Staff is always nice. They are also pretty quick despite being busy.

Went through the drive through and just wanted an ice water cause it was hot out and they said yeah we don’t do that you’d have to buy something and then we can give you one…. Back ā€œin the dayā€ not even that long ago it was 25 cents. But now they won’t even give you one. This company is really going downhill

I use to come to this one All the time..I loved the people and service. But there’s a new crew and the only person who’s still there that seems to like their job and is still So nice is Billy. The redhead at the window today seemed like she hated her job and was upset I asked for a straw. The 2 food items I got were over heated and horrible, and this isn’t the first time having an issue with the food there. The drink was well ok but again not right.. I will just continue to go out of my way to my new favorite Starbucks way down the road that way I get amazing people food and drinks..

2025-05-02 Update:

I've noticed some changes at this location since my last review that I'd like to share as feedback.

As a customer who visits this location to work on an online course, I've valued the usually comfortable environment. However, during my recent visit, the music volume was excessively loud - even with noise-cancelling headphones, it was too distracting to concentrate, which unfortunately cut my visit short.

I've also experienced inconsistency with my regular order (iced chai with oatmilk and light ice). On several occasions, either the oatmilk was forgotten or the drink contained too much ice. While I understand mistakes happen, consistency is important, especially at current price points.

Regarding the payment system, I believe tips reflect appreciation for quality service and attention to detail. When I visit establishments, I'm happy to reward staff who provide memorable experiences through their effort and care. I'd love to see the focus return to creating those tip-worthy moments through consistent quality and attentive service.

I'm sharing this feedback because I've enjoyed coming here in the past and hope to continue doing so. Perhaps management could consider monitoring music volume levels and providing additional training on order accuracy.

One additional concern: I've noticed that responses to customer feedback often use the same template asking customers to reach out. As a customer, I'd appreciate seeing more personalized responses addressing specific concerns. Taking the initiative to reach out to customers who've had subpar experiences would demonstrate a stronger commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Perfectly fine Starbucks. I've stopped here for water on many occasions and they also take my order pretty quick, even if they're busy. The interior is nice, clean and the people seem nice and friendly. I'm not sure too much on the product but I imagine it can't be worse than any other decent Starbucks. The waters pretty good and cold though, so it's perfect for a quick stop on a hot day

Ordered a medium mocha as is. 16ozs I expect it not to be full but…. I was able to pour it into an 8oz cup and still there was a little room!

Feels weird when they don't call out your name for your drink and you have to wait to ask for a sleeve on a super hot drink after you see them putting one on everyone else's. There is a clinic around so maybe they were just more considerate of those patrons

I was so happy to see Fionn at the OC Starbucks! I know him from an LO location and missed seeing him there! Always great service and good food and great conversation! He’s a gem! Great asset to the OC location! The whole Dischinger team misses you!
