This location is the one of the 4 I'm regular at that has the lowest quality control of all. Food is always lukewarm (gross - makes me worry about food poisoning), iced drinks are mostly melted, other drinks are just made way off (e.g., when I request a "splash" of cream that doesn't mean turn my coffee completely white - this happens more than anything). I've gotten to the point I rarely come here unless it's an "emergency" lol. This review was spurred because I just picked up my drive thru mobile order and the breakfast burrito was cold in the middle 🤢 Of course you don't realize it til you're 2 miles away

I bought a large chai tea and when I received it, it was half full.. not even half full! Absolutely ridiculous

I’m a Starbucks partner/employee and I have an understanding of how stressful this job can be. That being said, every member of this staff I talked to was unreasonably rude to me. The cashier was still learning which is fine, but they were pretty abrupt with me, talked over me, and as slow as I went they acted like I was burdening them with my order (iced soy white mocha) and when I said I was a partner at the end to use my numbers he said “why didn’t you tell me” but like, not in a nice way. My drink came out hot, no big deal, I asked for it remade and it came back hot a second time, I said no, iced please. I know I ordered correctly because I know how to ring up the drinks in POS. The barista acted like I was being difficult, and was like “here you go ?” I didn’t even dare to ask for a straw until someone offered, my drink had white chunks in it. I said hey this has chunks in it, the 3rd barista got snappy saying it’s the soy milk even though I’m a partner and have made and drank soy drinks hundreds of times and never seen chunks, they insisted, finally made my drink correctly and then when handing it off the barista said “third times the charm” exasperated at me. Look. It’s just coffee. It’s ok for me to want what I ordered. Y’all gotta chill out with the attitude.

They won't give me a proper drink carrier because it's their "standard" literally what they said and their standard is a cut in half drink carrier that leaves the package top heavy and after being denied a drink carrier they make me stand there and look at my drinks that are ready and sitting on the counter which they can't just hand over to me so the result is that I'm just standing there for ten minutes looking at my drinks. I just left. What a bunch of pretentious snobs. I'm avoiding this place like cancer.

Sausage cheese and egg biscuit so greasy. I tried to contain grease as it ran out of the wrapper, down blouse and pants.

Ubiquitous coffee shop. Like the egg bites. This one has a drive thru which is cool.

Frustrated when you ask for a bagel toasted and the workers are lazy and don't cut open the bagel to toast it. They toast it whole what is the point of getting a bagel toasted when just the top is toasted.
