I had an online order go to the wrong location. I tried for days to get a hold of someone and ended up having to stop in. Manager said there was a problem with the phone line. Kelly, the manager was a real gentleman. Not only did he replace my order, but he gave me extra and was extremely nice! Very welcoming! He went above and beyond, so it was worth stopping in!

I was actually shopping in the store next to it, but my 5 year old wanted a snack and a bathroom so we came in here. The bathroom was the most disgusting bathrooms i've seen in a long time. So much so my son gagged and puked a little. There was feces on the toilet plunger. Walls, toilet and sink visabley thick with grime. I took toilet paper to clean up after my son and one swipe to clean up, the tissue paper was black. Because of this we ate lunch somewhere else. The floors on the way out were just as bad.

I went there Wednesday and I was wondering after I left where the other workers who used to be there were. They did a good job. The lady working last night would put stuff on then take her hand and smooth it down. She didn't ask me if I wanted it toasted and I forgot to say that I did by the time my friend reminded me the lettuce was on and so I didn't toast it. Are all the subways near me going downhill. Used to be nice but after eating a sandwich that didn't fill me up and had been smoothed down after each item was put on I didn't feel like I was even full or had eaten enough. Please bring back the people that used to be there.

Wonderful establishment. My partner and I were just released from a nearby hospital and after being failed by medical transport and the Rite Aid Pharmacy next door the kind employees here welcomed us in, even with our baggage, to enjoy some sodas and snacks while we wait for further assistance. It’s spotlessly clean, the bathrooms are perfect, and the young lady behind the counter this afternoon (02/13/24 @4pmis a gem of a human being. Highly recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessible entry, restrooms and tables

They don't pick up the phone so I can't complain to them about how my order is wrong, so I'm complaining on Google. They have a working toaster but they probably shouldn't use it, since the sandwiches usually turn out dry or soaking wet.

It’s obvious to me the owner should not be in the sandwich business. Everything I saw this morning looked subpar at best. definitely won’t be returning.

This was a really good Subway in a nicer part of Oregon City. The employee was very friendly and made a great sandwich. My Daughter and myself loved it but the bathrooms weren't the greatest.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Nice areaWheelchair accessibility: On level ground

Use to order here all the time and it was great but over the past year the quality control is just not there and I can’t remember the last time I got a sandwich that didn’t have crunchy/tough or stale bread, unfortunately today was out last time trying. Hope they can turn the place around or close so a real restaurant can open up.

My fiancé and I went to the subway and Jason was very rude and he threw a hissy fit because we wanted veggie patties on our Subway sandwich but we told him I guess a little too late for his liking. He gets paid by the hour to be this rude.

Well they are definitely not a salad getting place. Paid $7.++ for 2 cups of lettuce, few slivers of onion, and a couple yellow peppers, and cucumber. Their tomatoes were part frozen the other part looked wet and not good to serve. They only had two choices of cheese, honestly the pepper Jack looked like it has seen better days. Either they are dumping their inventory and closing or the health department need to step in.

I ordered online because we were getting 6 sandwiches. Walked in while the guy was finishing up, and he was slamming everything in my bag and sighing loudly. I get that it's a big order, but I thought it would be better ordering online than having everyone pile in the store. I still left a big tip and thanked the guy after he threw my bag on the shelf, cause 6 sandwiches is a lot. But in the future I will probably split any large order between two different stores to avoid any attitude. They were all made correctly though!
