Ordered a whole smoked turkey in October to pick up today, 11/27 for Thanksgiving. Arrived to be told they don’t have turkey there, no one offered solutions or help. Online customer service was unhelpful and no one at the store will let me speak to a manager. Completely unprofessional. Thanks for RUINING Thanksgiving.
Update: Manager did call and offered excuses instead of a solution to help me.
Another update: Honey-Baked sham. The email they left for me to “reach out” doesn’t work.

I came in the day before Thanksgiving for a ham and was happy to leave with one. The staff was super patient with each customer and they worked quickly. The lines were to the door! The only complaint I have is that the space is too small.

I don't know how this place stays in business! They are closed on the weekends. And when I went in today Monday to buy a chicken salad sandwich with a side of potato salad. Sorry no chicken salad. Ok well I see a soup mix I'll get that! How much are your ham bones? Sorry we're out of that too. What aren't you out of? Exactly what do you have to serve customers to eat because everything I am trying to buy your out of! It's really too bad because they have good food. And the staff is friendly.

I wish the associate named Kaitlyn was still there! She was the most beautiful soul to work with and I couldn't have been happier with my service...I will never come back to this place with the current manager there. He is unprofessional, degrading, and openly cruel to his employees..He should be fired immediately, and I hope they can get some professional leadership in there!

Got a sandwich, love,love,love them. Picked up some au gratin potatoes for later, and picked up a blueberry coffee cake for later, too. All were so good. Love this corner store!! Visit them and support, you won't regret ut!

There wasn't anything for just a small gathering and they don't sell by the pound during the holidays to force you to spend 3x as much for way more food that you need. Bathroom was pretty much flooded. Both the toilet and sink were leaking... badly. They should spend some of that money on a working restroom.
