Although the sandwich was good.....the place was dirty. Food on floors. No tp in bathroom n dirty floors in their. Never saw them wipe down tables from one customer to another. Again I liked the food.....

Your lunches are amazing. We had a lunch catered for the veterans Club at Clackamas Community College. Every Sandwich what's absolutely amazing. I've had lunch here on a couple of different occasions. The lunches are reasonably priced good flavor and overall filling.

The sandwiches were a complete mess, dried out ham and stale bread. They don't have a lot of the items that they advertise. The manager is dismissive, acts like any question asked is putting him out, they just lost another customer.

Not just Holiday fan fare food!!!

Been a fan of eating in at Honey Baked Ham for years! The go to are their pita pockets, but recently, I had to try the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado sandwich. It was delicious, as usual.

For non holiday specific take out, their BBQ ribs are amazing, pair well with their frozen beans, and with the blueberry coffee cake as a good dessert.

Everyone was nice customer service good. The ham sandwich, well the ham is good but not that good. It left me wondering if I had any ham on my sandwich. It has a lot of other stuff on it, nice and thick, not much ham, nice and thin. I didn't come to eat bread and lettuce, and tomato and onion and a little bit of ham. Your store is called honey baked ham.

Ordered a meal for Christmas about 3 weeks before with scheduled pickup the day before Christmas. I arrived at opening to pick up the meal and I was told they were out of one of the sides in my order. I thought ordering ahead of time would have them set aside things for my order, but they were just fulfilling the pre-orders from the stock they had on hand. A terrible system.

They opened the door with smiles and happiness!

The food is always delicious, and customer service is exceptional! My only gripe, the cost of meat now. $115.00 for a spiral ham. Just. Wow.

Used to love coming to this place. But one bad employee has me not wanting to return till they are gone. This is now the second bad experience with this same employee. Old man brown hair with a combover and teeth rotting. He has 0 customers service what so ever. I started to say my order he put his finger in my face telling me to hold on. Then after ordering complained I had to many substitution all I asked was for one of the other breads and cheddar cheese instead and have never been told it was a problem by anyone else. Went to order a second sandwich and was again told to wait with a finger In my face. With the second finger in my face I walked out without finishing my order. Will not return till he is gone. Really sucks because my family and I love this place.

Bathrooms very dirty. I told employee, didnt care enough to tell supervisor. 8grain bread, very dry..my own fault, i should of asked for toasted bread. Meat was lean and on the drier side, i liked it tho...
