Our wedding at Spyglass was everything we could have hoped for and more. Set right on the coast, the venue gave us breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the rugged Oregon coastline, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. This cocktail “experience” was phenomenal! EVERYTHING on the signature cocktails menu is to-die-for. The mixologist is incredibly artistic with his cocktails, from spraying his homemade tinctures, choosing different ice for different drinks, topping a glass with homemade cocktail foam, to beautifully garnishing each drink.
