Love me some Starby's. Stopped in the Pendleton store drive thru line backed up so made it hard to get into parking lot. Once inside there were about 6 people waiting on orders. We walked right up to order. We ordered 1 hot drink and 1 iced. 1 breakfast sandwich, egg bites and oatmeal. Cold drink and breakfast sandwich came out first after about 5 min then we waited another 10-15 min for my hot drink and oatmeal and egg bites. went through the drive through and was throughly impressed with beca’s customer service! they were so friendly and engaging that it made my family’s day. awesome service and drinks, will definitely come again!

Friendly wait-staff, but if you want your coffee in a reasonable amount of time, I highly advise you use the drive thru. I was the only in-store customer and watched them fill a long succession of drive thru orders while my order sat there. 20 minutes later, I got my coffee.
