OnDecember 18 at about 5:15 pm, stopped for coffee and chai tea. the line only had about 4 cars ahead of me in line and one car in parking lot. It took awhile but finally got our order. The chai tea was hot but the coffee was cold. Brewed coffee with no specificity of blend with half and half. The cup was warm but the coffee was cold (supposed to be hot). Where has the consistency gone. This place has gone down hill in a bad bad way.
