I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was legitimately the best fast food Cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life! I had their bacon jalapeño burger. The burger patty tasted like it was actually seasoned! The cheese was melted the way it’s supposed to be on a cheeseburger AND it was even steaming hot! They didn’t skimp out on the pickles, jalapeños or sauce. It actually looked like the darn burgers in the ads and tasted better than I was expecting it to.

Very slow service
Great spot everyone was friendly. The bathroom needed some attention but over all good experience.

Wendy's offers quality food made with care, although there might be a wait sometimes. The service is usually great, with a clean restaurant and minimal waiting times. The Frosty is cold and delicious, and the burgers and fries are satisfying. It's a good example of the Wendy's chain, so keeping expectations reasonable is key for a visit.
Recently, customers have noted that the lobby is uncomfortably cold, but the chicken sandwich looks and tastes great. The Cinnabon dessert is also a hit. While one customer had an issue with a missing item, the staff quickly resolved the problem. The $5 and $7 meal deals are considered a great value.
