Absolute smash for meat lovers. I know my meat and I smoke it, but these guys nailed it. This is competition level meatery. We had the Porkstrami and let me tell you it was absolute perfection. Had a hardy smoke flavor with a solid consistent kick. A perfect blend of flavors and heat. Truly raised the bar. I shall return. Repeatedly.
The outdoor seating is simple and casual. Feels like my buddies backyard. Not to mention great beers on tap to match with the SAMMICH.“

“Peter, is his name. The man has taken customer service to another level. From entering to exiting, with my family, it was late, even a couple minutes to close. When manyother would have been irritated, this guy had nothing but positivity and provided such a welcoming atmosphere, so much hospitality. Another week or two after that we ordered through door dash, my lady likes to call in to clarify and add a few extra things, like extra sauses and napkins and other small details .. This guy didn't miss a thing. The man has a gift. I was super impressed. Buy both of my experiences this subway!“

“First time to ever eat a Jersey Mike’s sub and it was great! The overall flavor of the subs is delicious and the meat to bread ratio is way better than Subway. My husband and I both agreed that we will never go back to Subway. Super friendly staff and service was pretty quick considering how busy they were.“

“Had a great visit here!! I came in on my 30 min at break and was done with my order within 5 mins, very quick efficient service and my sub was perfect!!The sandwich artist working was very quick and kind. His corded monocle-type glasses are super stylish, but he does need to make sure if he adjusts them while on the line, that he is washing his hands and changing his gloves before touching an order. It’s one of those things you learn as you go along!! Overall, the shop was clean, service was great and food was tasty. Very happy to see that new ownership is helping. :)“

“Just stopped in, was decently busy with only one employee working the front. Ciara(dunno if thats how you spell her name) was fantastic. Despite being the only employee dealing with a long line, she kept her cool and was friendly with everyone. She took the extra time to make sure the sandwiches were made right and with care. If you had more employees like her, I'd stop in more often.“

“Went there before because I had a good experience, this time the staff was a bit snippy and I got sick from my sandwich. Had to walk around boxes that were out, which wouldn't of been such a big deal except I almost tripped over them when walking back after getting chips.“

“UPDATE:
I am very impressed by the customer service at this location. I received a call from an associate today who explained the situation and apologized for my experience. They also offered 2 gyros on the house. The gyros were great and the only thing more impressive was their willingness to reach out to someone that had a poor initial experience.
The restaurant was clean, and the staff was quick and the gyros tasted very fresh!
Big thank you to the Medford team - I'm impressed and I WILL be back. 5 stars.

The first two times I ordered from this place, I ordered the gyro.
Both times, I was told that the protein for the gyro was unavailable. No problem, I switched my order. Today, I called ahead of time to verify that they had gyros in stock and was told that they do. Awesome!
I ordered 3 pita wraps - 1 smoked pork, 1 chicken ceasar, and 1 gyro.
My order was delivered but wouldn't you know - only 2 wraps! And of course, the gyro was missing.
I've tried to get a gyro pita 3 times from this location and I keep getting shafted. The first two times I can forgive as it was not their fault. But they completely left out 1/3 of my order today with no offer of substitution or they just simply forgot.
I won't be ordering from this place again.“

“I was impressed, haven't been here for over a year, there was a reason but not enough not to try again. The employee tonight was friendly and helped me build a great foot long. I did have a coupon, but he was happy to accept. Toppings were fresh, the roast beast was tasty(pun intended) (: But for the price with discount 6.99 was great. Nothing to complain about.“
