10 Barrel has good brews and food is good as well. Service has really gone downhill though. You are generally ignored and want you to just order on their app. No table service except to deliver what you order. After 4 years of visiting we probably won't be returning.

great place with a sky bar, I don't know what was wrong with the waitress, she could have been waaay more polite, didn't say one word and she looked very annoyed
food was very well made, although the meat did not come medium but well-done

Just sat in the bar for an hour, got served one pretzel and two beers. Never got spoken to again until we spoke to the bartender for the bill.

I love 10 Barrel, but this new QR code ordering system is just not it for me. It seems to be encouraging unsanitary behaviors from customers who are pilfering items from the server stations (utensils, napkins, etc) and touching it with their hands, and I'm unsure if their hands are washed or not. As I'm typing this, a man at the bar put a napkin back in the server tray that he didn't use but he did touch it with his dirty hands. It honestly grossed me out so much I don't know if I'll return.

This was an overall 2 star.
I wanted to give it a 3 but I cannot lie about it. This is a prime example of why ordering through a QR code is a negative. We ordered… 30 minutes pass and NOTHING. It was not overly crowded, it was a Sunday afternoon. Lots of employees just standing around hanging out.. the nachos are not good. Overcooked steak on potato chips. Don’t order them. Fortunately the fries were good. We were there for a couple hours, not really by choice but because of how long it took to get drinks. Very disappointing.

Love the rooftop beer garden here. Service was friendly and quick. The beer on the other hand, big meh. Nothing stood out, and everything was tried was just phenomenally average and lacked range.

The steak nachos were not it. They are overly seasoned and instead of nachos they are Pringle style potato chips. The pizza was absolutely delicious I recommend that instead. Restrooms were clean. Rooftop was closed for private event

Good place for a big crowd and families but it gets crazy packed out. This place offers a rooftop bar area too which is beautiful
