Visited regularly over the last six months and it’s just not worth it. Service is bizarrely unfriendly. Like they’re mad at you for stopping in. Food and beer are solid but not different than any other brewery. I don’t plan on returning

Great atmosphere, decent food, less than ideal service. Overall recommend if you’re going to be in the area, but wouldn’t make a day of it.

We had to sit ourselves in a crowded restaurant. Then we then had to scan a code with our phone to create an order and then pay for it before it was delivered. We waited for about 10 minutes and then a person came with our drinks. The drinks were good. Then a little while later, another person showed up with our food. The food was good. The drinks and food were good, just wish the service had been a little more personal.

Worst Caesar salad I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of Caesar salads. Serves were very nice!

Good service overall, I will say the food was amazing. Always enjoyed a good pour of 10Barrel.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. In an hour, I was only able to order one beer and get the check.

Great food and drinks, but absolutely terrible service! Such an unfriendly waiter. It definitely killed the vibe for us. He took the longest time to take our order, then when he finally did, he seemed so annoyed that he had to service us. He never asked how we were doing or if we needed anything whole time we were there. If you’re going to work in this industry, at least pretend you enjoy your job! We’ve had great experiences here in the past, but sadly this is definitely the last time we go here.

We had a party of 15 so they saved a table next to the bar to keep it simple for those who wanted separate tabs. They instructed us to just order at the bar that way we could just get what we need when we needed it. At the end of the night they closed out our tabs with not one itemized receipt. There was no heads up that they added a 20% gratuity. We ordered maybe 4 food items. When the food came they would just drop it at the end of our table for us to figure out whose it was.

To all of this The bar tenders were super sweet and efficient. I just feel like adding a 20% gratuity when we ordered at bar like everyone else there is a little strange. I don’t have a problem paying an automatic 20% gratuity. I do think it’s super shady to not give itemized receipts and not mention the fact that it was added. All in all won’t be going back.

We’ve been several times to try local beers. They had a delicious sour beer most recently and we tend to like their pilsners.

Good beer, good service, good location. Bartender had exceptional personality. Would have like to see a porter or stout on the menu, but the black ale was very good.
