The workers there was very nice, she also did great at rolling the ice cream. i never had rolled ice cream before until found here and i’m so happy i got to go there with my friend and try it for the first time. I got the pretty pink flavor and my friend got the new york style!
We ordered a Chocolate and a Cheesecake Strawberry Rolled Ice cream and I loved the taste. I topped it with Pretzels to make it a bit crunchy. The order can take some time since there are only two people managing everything but 5 stars for the taste.
22 Below is still the best rolled ice cream place I've gone to in the last couple of years. I wish I had more reason to go into Portland so I could use it as an excuse to go here more
