Met some visiting family members here for brunch on a Sunday. The food was spectacular - don't miss the Arepas Benedict. Had good attentive but not intrusive service and no pressure to leave as we lingered and chatted.
Odd collection of Spanish and standard pub fair. Best thing of the night? A really, really good version of good ole fish and chips. Very limited menu--not nearly enough small plates to do tapas. If the cocktail or wine selection were more fleshed out, then it would make more sense to have such a small menu....but really just a few cocktails, a limited number of wines and taps (good taps, though; Finn River Cider was a standout). Food was over-cooked, dry and/or mushy from being out, and rather flavorless. Also, it was a price fixed buffet, however many items were out or substituted with lesser items. Take not that they impose a 15%+ service charge to the bill without prior notification, which is not the tip but rather states it all goes to the restaurant. I'd rather just have the price include that fee, so we could plan accordingly.
