Great food and views! Drinks are tasty too.
This is always a great place to sit, relax, enjoy the food and views. Todd is always gracious and generous. The shrimp tacos on their "new" menu are awesome. I'd love to know what the shrimp is cooked with.

3 Sheets at the Harbor is a charming restaurant offering a mixed dining experience with a lovely water view. The atmosphere and decor are considered to be average, but the food and service are the main highlights. The restaurant has a classy bar and a patio that overlooks the Columbia River, making it a popular choice for a date night or evening out. Customers praise the friendly and engaging staff, who provide personal attention. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the famous Dirty Fries with Parmesan cheese, pork belly, and truffle oil, as well as the Brown Butter Scallops with Couscous and the Polish Stir-fry with sausage, perogies, wild mushrooms, and sour cream. Many reviewers have enjoyed the quality and flavor of the food, highlighting the tender and juicy Rib-Eye Steak. The views of the harbor and Columbia River add to the overall experience. Service is generally prompt and attentive, though some find it a bit slow when the restaurant is less busy. The location offers parking in the marina area, which is marked for permit parking but is apparently open for public use. Overall, 3 Sheets at the Harbor makes up for its average decor with great food, welcoming service, and a lively atmosphere, making it a good choice for visitors exploring the Portland waterfront.
