Portland is blessed to have a large Ethiopian and Eritrean community. There are so many incredible places to eat, and so many people with big hearts and incredible recipes sharing their foods and culture with us. I honestly haven't eaten at an Ethiopian restaurant in Portland that wasn't good. I will say that Aberus is our new favorite.
