Came to piedmont food carts to get lunch from a cart. But since the one we came for wasn't open yet we walked around this cute place. In the middle the s an old gas station. But we found this coffee cart. I am not a big coffee drinker but we decided to get something. I ordered the mocha. This was one of the best mochas that I have had. My son got a strawberry latte. Coffee is always delicious, even my decaf lattes! I love the service here and they've got all the yummy flavors and milk alternatives you can think off. I don't know any place nearby that offers vegan Vietnamese iced coffee but they do, super strong, super sweet and made with coconut milk! Just how I like it. There are plenty of seating (with shade) if you decide to hang out.

My new favorite spot for a vegetarian Banh Mi! Friendly service, yummy coffee and a cozy spot to shelter from the rain and eat.I might be going here more often than my muster would allow Vegetarian options: The vegetarian Banh Mi is excellent, even better than some Vietnamese restaurants or carts. The size could be slightly bigger though.
