Great for the price! I always leave spending under $20 and extremely full, and you get to start eating right away! Obviously not the best sushi you will ever eat, but I like it a lot more than much more expensive places!
Fast service, good food

Quick lunch for not much money.
Food is really well prepared. You can do the sushi belt or menu and many choices. Have gone back multiple times now, and we have had great experiences.

This location has been an unmatched staple to me and my partners favorite places to go.
For 4 years we've been consistently going 1-2 a week.
The food is always delicious, even if its a slower day, the quality is there, also.. Its pretty cheap, one of the more cheap sushi places to go to, and by far Akira is undoubtedly top 3 (me personally its #1)
They'll rotate whatever hasn't sold on time, from what I can tell they're always on top of sanitation as well.
The service is impeccable, getting around to everyone they can, always with a very calm and welcoming attitude whilst greeting and serving them.

So I would say for the price, it is what you should expect. I didn’t have super high hopes, but I have tried other sushi places similar to this type. Seemed like there were regulars and the people working here knew what they liked and brought them over plates, which is cool. For me though, I had to wave someone down to order something from the menu that isn’t on the conveyor.
All the sushi tasted essentially the same; that’s likely because pretty much everything was like a variation of a California roll, imitation crab meat being the main base meat. The spicy tuna was a little darker and slightly warm… slightly scary. All of the rolls that I tried also tasted like they had 30% mayo to them, which was kinda gross. But again, for the price, I wasn’t expecting too much. This would be a great place when you are craving sushi but are in college or just a little tight on funds. Nothing wrong with that by any means. But the thing that kinda bugged me was the dessert. I ordered a tempura ice cream. Well… lo and behold… I think I got maybe a teaspoon of ice cream in a ball that was as big as the plate! Sooo disappointed! Maybe about an inch of dough around it, a VERY thin layer of panko (the “tempura” part) and a bunch of whipped cream and chocolate syrup. I literally thought I would be happy with this since it’s hard to mess up and can be done on a budget easily. But nope! I tried to get the ice cream out of it, but really couldn’t find much. Just a hollow ball. If it had a nice ball of ice cream in it, I think I wouldn’t had cared about the foam pillow of bread/cake that surrounded it. But was literally hollow.
Anyway. The people working here were nice. I wouldn’t go back, personally… but I would still recommend it if you are on a tight budget and are crashing sushi. Or if you have the munchies (it is Oregon and all :) )

Hands down the best conveyor belt sushi I've had in a long time. Everything was fresh, affordable and the variety made it easy to find great options without needing to order from the menu.
Definitely coming back!

The food was okay, We weren't checked in on once during our visit today, the total came out to about $22. I left $25 and said to keep the change. The man behind the counter with no name tag showed me a calculator that showed $22x0.25=5.50....I couldn't believe he would ask more when I was tempted to leave $0. I asked if he was seriously asking for a bigger tip after not even checking on us, I left another $2 and walked out.
25% isn't mandatory and it should certainly be earned.
Having okay food and not even providing a good service wouldn't be earning it and I still was leaving some money anyways.
This is a huge part of what's wrong with the service industry and a huge part as to why middle aged adults are stuck working in it.
Sad, you don't do better but expect more.
