Taipei noodle haus Reviews
First visit today.
Throwback pricing, truly. I don't know how it works but they are charging what I would have expected to pay ten years ago. It was a great value.
No, it isn't pretty outside. That does not matter. I can't believe somebody left a bad review based on that, while never having eaten here.
It was plenty comfortable and the service was fast and friendly enough.
The food was very good.
We will be back.
The soup was delicious! However, I am very allergic to garlic so I asked if the broccoli shrimp had garlic. I was told a definitive no. When it arrived it clearly had quite a lot of minced garlic. When I mentioned that he had told me it didn’t have garlic he simply said “oh sorry” and was uninterested in the fact I ended up with a meal I couldn’t eat. Taipei Noodle Haus offers outstanding salt and pepper shrimp with quick and friendly service. The delicious food comes at a great value, with quality that goes above and beyond expectations. The comfortable atmosphere and good food make it a worthwhile visit. Repeat customers are a guarantee after trying their amazing dishes.
The restaurant features some good authentic eats, like dishes that could be made by a grandmother. Customers recommend trying the "chow ma" and the vegetables chow mein. The salt and pepper tofu and Chinese broccoli with garlic are also very tasty, with large portions that allow for additional meals from the leftovers. The food comes with a large bowl of perfectly steamed rice and Taiwanese-style Kimchi.
Despite the unassuming exterior, the restaurant offers authentic (not watered down) Taiwanese food and super friendly and efficient service. It is a hole-in-the-wall Chinese spot that serves perfectly yummy food in large portions, with a quick and hot service. This small business is worth a recommendation to become more known.
