First of all, they were open late New Years Eve! I placed an order around 11:40 and it wS ready for pickup by 11:50. The entrance is a little confusing because they bring the order out to your car, some signage might be helpful? I thought they were closed because the door was locked. But everything was excellent and the staff were great. They even brought me a bottle of sparkling martinellis for the holiday while I was waiting
This is not a restaurant. Pick up only. Researched for a new fun place for Friday night date night dinner, finally settled on this spot, and drove 30 mins to here to find a guy greet us in the parking lot to ask if we’re picking up an order and when we said no he then returned inside and locked the door. Not being one for complication or confrontation we debated knocking on the door vs going home. Finally did knock and were brusquely greeted. Told we had to order online. We...
So... service and atmosphere : you can only order online. There is a door on the building that will open and the charming chef will pop out and hand you your order when it's ready. There is no 'inside', no desk, the atmosphere is what you bring - maybe your car? The food was delish . Ordered koshari- would skip the cheese next time and see if it's even better.
