A little echo-y. Needs more fabric. It's a concrete building. The food is excellent. Great live music. The cocktails are average. The filet was amazing. Great food. House made tempeh. Fresh and satisfying

Good but nothing especially notable to write about. Came here because on Jan 1st they were the only place open.Staff is relaxed and casual but attentive to customers (perfect), food is okay but it's pretty expensive for what you get- even for a hotel bar. On top of that, there were two different conflicting soundtracks playing at the same time which was beyond annoying at first but eventually could be tuned out.Pretty low value proposition, the hotel company is definitely banking on the convenience factor above all else.Would have loved to get a review of the food to inform my decision but the bartender said he doesn't get to try the food. What a strange business decision from above to not empower your front line and arm them with knowledge like that. Might score higher in food if you allow internal discussion. The staff is awesome, 5 stars for them. Everything else gets a 3.

We enjoyed the omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, beignets, and morning cocktails on New Year’s Eve. The staff was very friendly refilling our water glasses as we lingered at our table with a friend we hadn’t seen in years.

We were a group of 10 and the kitchen wasn't equipped. The servers were good. Fried chicken was dry and cold. Smash burgers were a mixed bag, some good, some not.

Had the HI LO burger and the Strawberry salad. Both were great and came out quickly and fresh.

Craft PDX is a restaurant in the Hi-Lo Hotel in downtown Portland. We ate here to take shelter from the surrounding outdoor food trucks swarming with drug addicts at night. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, and they had wanted to close early for the night. We ended up ordering takeout and eating in the hotel lobby.+Hi-Lo Burger (tillamook cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and house sauce) for $20 - Nothing special. - 3/5Overall, this place was okay. The food would be fine for a quick bite if staying at the hotel, but if you’re visiting Portland, there are many other options to try.

Wow. Found this gem online and eat every meal here for 3 days. Amazing! The avocado toast, the burgers, drinks, salads all wonderful. The staff is so pleasant and friendly but low key. Please stop in!

Walked here in the rain as the wait at Mother's for Sun brunc was 45 min. There was only one other couple there. No one greeted us. Then the waitress came and seated us and served us water. No coffee. Then didn't return or ove 5 min. Was in the bar area talking to another server. We left when the couple near us got up to get themselves coffee.Do better.
