I decided to stop by CRAFT PDX for a quick bite and had made a reservation in advance. However, when I arrived, the host didn’t even ask about my reservation and immediately told me they couldn’t seat me because the kitchen was closing and they were only serving reservations. I politely explained that I had one, but the way the host spoke to me was condescending and dismissive, making me feel unimportant.
