It's a nice place not too loud To make sure that you have everything you need Very polite I've only had one experience where they forgot to put in Is part of the Order They brought to me what they forgot I really appreciate that And gave me back my tip because they forgot part of the order But since they brought it to me I told them to keep it. Accident happened Even though it shouldn't it does No one's perfect!
Dietary restrictions: Did you cater to a lot of dietary restrictions which is good and non diary
Parking: 82nd ave bye Home depot off Johnson Creek boulevard
Kid-friendliness: It could have more activities for kids but they're pretty friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: They need more space and parking for disabled people.

5 years ago this was my favorite place to eat It was so rich and flavorful. My family really missed this place when moved to Florida. So when We finally moved back to the Northwest today we ordered Arawan to celebrate. We really talk this place up in Florida we told people this Thai place beat every Thai restaurant we had in Florida and we found a good Thai restaurant down there to 👍🤤. But tonight we were really let down. The food was so bland it might as well be oatmeal. Oatmeal is good don't get me wrong but it wasn't what we wanted. The place still has great and friendly service. The restaurant is still beautiful and charming but I hope that tonights bland meal is a fluke of the bad day and not the new norm 🤞.

Been getting the Drunk Noddles for the past year, love it. But ordered last night for pick up and it was so bland, taste like plain noodles and chicken. And service was curt. Something has changed .
Delicious food and friendly service!

I have to say the people that work there were very friendly. However I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered the pineapple fried rice with cashews and tofu. The rice was served and it was under seasoned with lots of vegetables like broccoli, carrots and onions. There was very little egg and very few pineapples. They forgot to add the cashews and brought it out later in a little tiny cup. I'm estimating maybe one tablespoon of cashews. Not only were they raw they were not salted or roasted. I took it home and added spices including herbs like cilantro, more egg and more toasted cashews. I had to fix it at home! That's not the point of going out and spending a good chunk of change. Hopefully they'll look at their recipe for their pineapple fried rice and work on that. I also ordered the veggie spring roll. It was very standard and pretty greasy. And the pad thai my friend got was pretty basic. Probably won't go back again and hopefully this review will help them work on their recipes in the kitchen.

Some of the blandest Thai food I've ever tasted. This was literally the only time I've ever gotten food from a restaurant and thought, "this needs salt."

I will say that :
My wife and I love Thai food 🥘
We eat Thai food at least once a week in many different places but Arwan was my spot for the last 12 years but Lately the quality of Service and Food went down Drastically …
The service was horrible
The food was not authentic, like it used to be
I am extremely disappointed and I would love to come back if things will change
But I don’t think the owner care enough about it because the foos quality and the stuff is really bad
My apologies if being Harsh but this is the truth
So many other great Thai places I can go too arena used to be great but not anymore
The last few times I was there the food was bad and the service

I really liked the food. There are a lot of different options. The service was great. I did have to wave someone down for more water. The only thing that I wish there was, AC. It made it kind of a miserable dining experience because it was so hot. It was 100° outside. All the food came out hot, good thing, and it made it hotter inside the restaurant.

The food is good, but customer service is terrible. I’m here about once a month and have never had a positive customer service experience. Staff is rude, short, and appears annoyed with customer existence.
