This is a very nice clean location first time here driven by a million times. First off the music they are playing is VERY LOUD like ridiculous loud, noise cancel ear phones don’t work…. i couldn’t hear what the young lady at the register was saying, ridiculous and don’t get me started on the wait time. Should have know better by the looks on the customers faces. First time, last time here. Person preparing my food was also handling cash the cash drawer and i watched her make my sandwich with only one glove on.. straight to the trash and 18 bucks down the drain…. Delicious……

Since I walked in this restaurant, the girl she work in the front I was greeting her still she didn’t even say hi to me. I smile she didn’t say nothing to me. I feel bad. I told her when I say hi to you even if you don’t like me to be seen here at least as a customer when I say hi to you, you should say to me how to back that’s for God greeting anyone walk to to the restaurant need to be treat Eco even if she doesn’t like my color still I’m customer God mercy on this girl. After all this I sit there I start eating my food. Whoever says people is coming it was look at me kind of weird I feel like I’m in a zoo, I’m a tell them for my people who stop in truckstop here not supposed to come in this place I will post on social media I’m a social expert. I am Google guide or I will tell for each people not supposed to be displays for Black people I’m so sorry for myself first I’ve been here, God mercy on this woman even the manager she heard the conversation while I talk to her she didn’t even say came to say hi or apologize this is so weird no Arby’s for Black people

That mother loving brisket sandwich is absolutely mind blowing. Say what you will about fast food, but I'll take Arby's over most burger joints any day of the week. I try to keep my visits here to a minimum so I don't lose that mesmerizing first bite experience. Do yourself a favor and add in a beef and cheddar to any meal and you'll get to experience a dining delight quite extraordinary.

Went to order to go from the Halsey store. Food was good. Although it took awhile. Seems some items needed to be heated up from frozen. Workers were friendly and professional.

Currently sitting in the drive thru and have been for 25 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me when I got here and I only ordered 1 sandwich. I assumed they were short staffed but when I got to the window I saw plenty of people in the back. They apologized for the wait but gave no reason.

The food was good, our first time at Arby's. We went through the drive through, the menus was hard to read, so we asked for some more time, the service rep was very rude, "just let me know, I'm patiently waiting."We said it's a larger order so I'm gonna let the guy behind us go, we got out of line and the back in. The mic was open and the service attendant said, "damn, this lady again". We ordered more than $80 worth of food, yes custom Hamburgers. But not super hard. Some with onion some without one plain cheeseburger, all with curley fries, one must instead of Mayo, etc. The guy said I'll give you total at the window. When we got to the window I asked if he could repeat the order to make sure I didn't forget to order anything or got it wrong, he responded, "I can't with this one" and walked away. Manager came up, I said "I'm sorry that frustrated him an that this is a large order, I just want to make sure it's correct." She just looked at me and reread the order. Clad she did as the gentleman didn't get it all and had regular fried for most meals and missed some of the ingredient request.I do understand that everyone has a bad day, but this was very poor customer service. The food that came out was very good and correct. That made it much better. I would find a different Arby's and will never go back to this location though.
