The woman on the day shift drive thru. Every time she is very rude and acted like it was this huge problem and we ordered extra spent almost $50. And the still didn't get it right at all what a waste of good money. Second time we have been there.
Absolutely amazing and kind people. I had forgotten just good A&W root beer truly is. That and cheese curds lead to a great and delicious time on a hot day.

Parking lot has a homeless drug group hanging out by the garbage can. Not a true a &w . No fry sauce Fry's are KFC fries, food tastes like chicken and the papa burger sauce was watered down. Didn't feel safe sitting inside with car in parking lot so ate in the car and watched the drugs get passed around.

Service was actually pretty good. No complaints. Food was decent. It is A&W which is usually pretty good. The atmosphere was pretty sketchy. And a terrible experience. The homeless pretty much take over this location. They feed their dogs in the dining area. Leave their trash all over the tables. Stare at my kids creeping them out. And the worst was them standing in front of the doors. We actually were not able to leave since they wouldn't move. I would not recommend this place and I will not return. It should be closed permanently if they are going to let the homeless congregate like they do.

Me, my wife, and our friend came here to eat lunch. The Asian guy working the front counter was a douchebag. He was yelling at my friend that money was still owed as he was walking away to go do something else. He was rude, and very inconsiderate. A OID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! It is not ok to treat customers that way.
In an unlikely location in the heart of the issues on 82nd this restaurant is my go to because of the great customef service which defines the phrase fastfood. You are in and out so fast that im impressed every time. Eating out has become a very expensive trip out for the individual and the family. This place howeve,r is reasonbly priced and the food is excellent -especially the rootbeer freeze -which is second to none. Check it out its worth the trip.
Parking: Easy to access with multiple entrances.its also easy to exit being in close proximity to a traffic light
Very plain, not very special burgers. Seams like we remember them being better. Slow service.

Vegetarian options: they have them and just ask and don't be rude like most of those vegans out there who act like they are a god even tho they can't lift their own body weigh and can be pushed by the wind

I was in the middle of my order when he asked me to hold on then I thought he said something to me so I asked if he was talking to me and he was rude about it saying I wasn't talking to you. Then he was rude at the window and made us park for mash potatoes and Cole slaw. I will not return to this KFC\ A&W ever again.
