Absolutely some of the best food you'll ever eat. The staff is both talented and kind. I was there the first day they opened and they made me something special because of my allergies at the time. Biggest heart and the best flavors.

The vegan bake is excellent! Warm, feeling, hug-in-a-meal. I can't wait to try the vegan chow mein because it sells out. Portland really has excellent cart options for vegans.
Amazing food, especially on a rainy day! Both mom and son at the truck were so kind and generous with free samples. 10/10 portland experience

I eat out a lot, and while the food can meet or exceed my expectations, great service is almost impossible to find these days—until now. This family running this cart is absolutely awesome! My sister and I were just wandering through the food carts, checking out menus (we’d already eaten dinner and were really just there for cookies next door), when the guy running this stand offered us a few samples.
I’m not even sure what I tried first, but it was amazing. The flavors were so unique and delicious that we ended up ordering not one, but two full dinners and desserts! The “dessert bombs” are an absolute must-try. The chef’s batter is unlike anything I’ve had before—light, crisp, and full of flavor.
Beyond the food, the service from the chef’s son was fun, animated, and genuinely generous. The incredible food became an experience when combined with the unexpected service as well. This chef and her family is giving Portland an incredible culinary gift—something truly original that I’m not sure you would find anywhere else in the state.

Even though it's not fully vegan, this is still one of the best food trucks in the city for vegans. The food is incredible, unique, filling, and made of whole food ingredients. You need to try this place. Also, the service is warm and welcoming. They will give you free samples to let you find your favorite dish. The chana bake is next level!

Everything was so good, and the owner (I think) is really friendly, even offering samples to try before we decided what to order.

This was authentic and delicious! We lived in Guyana for a while and Bibi brought back all the good memories 💕
Excellent flavors! I got the chicken, potato, rice dish $21 and it was great without being too spicy! Whole Foods, like huge chunks of potato! I'll be back!
