I tried a waffle with an egg on top and a side of hashbrowns, and it honestly blew me away. The waffle was light and fluffy, with just the right texture, and the egg on top added a really nice savory balance without overpowering it. The hashbrowns were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside. I can tell the owner put a lot of thought into his recipes; everything worked together so well. Highly recommend stopping by yourself or with a couple of friends!
Finally a waffle place where waffles are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside yummy! We also had the pave potatoes and my partner love them. ❤️ we will be back.
These waffles are so light and airy I don't even feel like I've eaten anything so I guess I have to get 5 more!! Seriously great. Doesn't need powdered sugar in my opinion, lots of black burnt bits from a dirty waffle iron and you can barely read the menu but still 5 stars!
**Update** Went back and got the fried chicken waffle with hashbrowns and there was even more dirty griddle black dust, really affected the flavor. The fried chicken was decent but it needs a hefty waffle...read full review
