Baker and Spice is simply the best! The fresh bread is out of this world, and I’m especially partial to the Hillsdale loaf—it’s my absolute favorite. Wonderful breads and pastries..Mostly kind staff. HOWEVER the other day I ordered a single shot espresso, which they serve but could only charge for a double. So I agreed to pay for a double and they pulled a single shot, which they served up in a paper cup. I asked they make it again in a glass.ir ceramic cup. I apologized and said I should have specified. The barista put salt (or urine God forbid) in the bottom of the cup. Not nice.

I am blessed to live close to Baker & Spice. The employees make my morning every time I go visit for a coffee and baked good… on my birthday my barista remembered my birthday and made me feel special by knowing. It’s coffee shops like Baker & Spice that really do brighten a person’s day.
