I got a rectangular maple croissant and it was the best. So light and crunchy. Also tried the savory croissant tart which was delicious. The only negative would be parking was hard to find in the area.

I would climb any mountaintop
in the Pacific Northwest
if at 9:30 on a Sunday morning
upon hearing the Bakeshop

Mind-blowingly good.
Most of the pastries at Bakeshop are the kind you'd see in any decent coffee shop. Except the expertise of the bakers and quality of the bake is quite simply levels above. I'd expect treats like this at a many-starred restaurant.
Go on the early side if you want your first choice, but honestly, the line moves fast and anything you get will delight you.
The basque cheesecake can't be missed....
