Ordered my food and went to take a seat end every table in the place was covered with dirty dishes. Received my Pho, and is smells off. The bean sprouts were old. Expensive. Understaffed. I'd imagine it's on it's way out soon.

They were seriously understaffed and over worked the day I came for lunch. Only two people working that day, handling the lunch hour rush as well as several orders coming in from online. Tables weren't cleaned, several orders were delayed (up to a half hour) and, from the sounds of it, there were many difficulties with appliances and getting orders straight. I don't blame the staff for the twenty minutes I waited to get my food but something seriously needs to be done about staffing, especially during rush hours. And those two that took the brunt of it all need a raise, or at least a day off. They did the best they could.

Meh. Food was passable Vietnamese. I enjoy much much better in Seattle's Little Saigon. Tables had lots of finished dishes on them but no one picking up ( and it wasn't that busy). We wondered if it was bus you own table but there were no bins to indicate that. Wouldn't go back.

I always eat here. They are never too friendly. I went here yesterday. And there was a DEAD ANT in my pho. I told them and they gave me another pho. I can't believe I ate it. Sooo gross. They never even offered to refund my money. The messaged the manager and no one replied or cared. I'm not sure what's going on in their kitchen. They do not seem clean. They as construction guys in the kitchen while the cook was in there cooking. They do not care about the cleaness of our food. Won't be back EVER.

Ok, I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was an especially terrible experience. The food was poor and the restaurant was dirty and understaffed. We ordered lemongrass chicken, beef bowl and salad rolls. First, we got the beef bowl. The lady who brought us the dish tried to take our table number, we still had more food coming.

My first clues should have was that the menu boards took turns blinking off and on and it wasn’t busy next to the bustling Powell’s book store. Our first 2 menu choices were out - no problem: perhaps they had a strong commitment to fresh food. Ordered a chicken dish to share and sat down to wait at the only clean table; the other tables still had dirty dishes waiting to be bussed. After 10 minutes we were presented with a plate of unappetizing dried out chicken with a sauce and sesame seeds sprinkled on it, a pile of rice and carrots. The carrots were cut like flowers, which was the only redeeming thing on the plate. The manager refunded my money after offering other food options but we had lost our appetites.

Gross. The woman at the counter was coughing and sneezing into her hand and then touching the service utensils and the food. The place has serious safety and management problems.

Don't bother. This place is going down the tubes. Overpriced, understaffed, cutting back hours to 11-3. Pho was a slab of Top Ramen with 3 slivers of chicken for $13. Dishes stacked unbussed on most of the tables. Two confused cooks in the kitchen. Customers progressively getting exasperated at missing orders. Employees are not to blame. The owner should be sued for business malpractice.

I've been here twice with a group and we were very happy with the food and the service. We've ordered various soup bowls, the yellow curry, and stir fry dishes, and found them very tasty! The portion sizes are generous, and the flavors seem authentic and not too spicy. The atmosphere is peaceful. Both times we came, we were going to a show afterwards so had a tight time frame, and the food didn't take long to arrive. We would definitely go here again.

Delicious food at fair prices. The service was very friendly but inexperienced.

While exploring downtown, we stopped in for lunch. There wasn't a wait and the staff was friendly. We ordered the Spring Rolls, Honey Glazed Chicken Noodle Bowl, and Stir Fried Soba Noodles with Chicken instead of Tofu. Our food arrived pretty quickly and the portions were massive. We were both so full and it looked like we didn't even start. I would rather pay less for less food than waste half of my meal because we have no where to take it while staying in a hotel. It would be nice to have smaller lunch portions or something. The food was pretty tasty and full of flavor. We thought the spring rolls were different compared to traditional rolls but we still enjoyed them. The stir fry was very good and I loved the large mushrooms and broccoli. Overall, solid option with a decent menu. Make sure you are starving!

Name of business makes sense, because we really got bamboozled. They ask for a tip before service... friendly service but food not up to par
