Grabbed a chicken bahn mi and iced coffee for my flight and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Doesn’t compare to the San Gabriel Valley where I’m from, but for airport food, was much better than expected.
I am a sucker for Asian food so when I saw this joint was available at the Portland airport, I knew it had to get something. There's a variety of Vietnamese food here and I don't care if it's 6 in the morning. I want it all!

The rib-eye steak noodle soup is out of this world good. Supervisor, Matt, was training a new employee in old fashion excellent customer service. Can’t say enough good things. All the employees are very friendly and helpfully polite. Manager John even stopped for a chat and told me about the business’s beginning. Y’all need to come to Texas!!
