Some of the most flavorful pho I’ve ever had, at an airport? Yes! So grateful I found this place. Quick, friendly service… delicious food… the man who seemed like he was the manager was so friendly and funny and in all this was a great experience. Highly recommend!
I made a mistake an ordered Cafe Yum just two resturants down. Spent almost $30 and threw it in the trash. Not good at all. Walked over to Bambuza and ordered a tofu Banh Mi. WOW so much flavor! And huge. I had them cut it in half. The noodle bowls look insane. I’m sad I ate crappy food from cafe yum or I would also order a noodle bowl. But I’m full. Also the PDX airport is amazing. This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Portland and I ALWAYS get the vermicelli when I pass through PDX. Very authentic Vietnamese, and one of the closest I've found to my food experience while living in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommend!
