Bar Dolly offers an incredible dining experience with great cocktails, including an amazing house Negroni. The food is delicious, with highlights such as the focaccia, farro carrot salad, meatballs, braised short rib arancini, and tagliatelle al burro. Desserts like the ginger cake with apple compote and the olive cake are also highly recommended. The staff is friendly and provides great recommendations. While some seating areas can feel a bit crowded due to waiting customers, the overall experience at Bar Dolly is very good, far beyond average bar food.
