I’m not from Portland, but this place deserves more hype. Cocktails are great ( the house Negroni is amazing ), the food was delicious ( the focaccia, the farro carrot salad, and meatballs were particularly good ) , and the ginger cake with apple compote for dessert was just insane so so good. Come here, give this place the hype it deserves.

Popped in for an early dinner and drinks yesterday to kill some time. The food at Dolly is always incredible and everyone is always so friendly. Justin was great and had some great recommendations. Definitely stop in!

Outstanding food - creative, fresh and options for all kinds of diets. Great service. Booths can't be moved so if you need more space, you'll be squeezed. Small, charming venue. A tad loud, but not bad.

Absolutely fabulous! Small, cozy little place with the most amazing dishes. My friend and I stumbled upon this gem while we were in town for a wedding, and it was the best find. You can tell the food is made with passion and only the best ingredients, and the people there are proud to serve it. 10/10

Excellent service at the bar. We had a great time with the sommelier; will need to come back to try some other wines as the list is quite eclectic. All the food was really tasty - we had salad, raviolini, broccolini, and grilled prawns. Recommend all the dishes!

Service was good as was the caesar salad and pasta. However the steak was very fatty and salty. Wine by the glass selection was quite limited and pour was small, and they did not offer a zero alcohol wine (yes, one drinker and one non-drinker).

Really charming gastro-bar, focused on italian/mediterranean deliciousness. You can tell by the quality of the food that it's made to be intentionally above average, these little details in each dish add up with something more unique. Great service, great advices. Will definitely go back!

We like Bar Dolly and they really tried to honor request for quiet table.. Despite that not being a possiblity we had a great table .. Wine was good and appetzier was very good!

Great small spot in Portland. Service was great and the the small plates were tasty - I recommend the broccolini, meatballs, and their focaccia!
