Been coming here since I moved here 8 years ago. Still the best happy hour in Portland hands down.
Enjoyed a drink on a cozy Saturday night. One of the servers; explained the place was much more relaxed than usual which I enjoyed.
The bartender was very kind, flexible and knowledgeable on her craft. The menu had 2 drinks which I asked to be modified with another type of alcohol which was done to perfection.
This place is conveniently located (and associated) on the side of a local fondue restaurant which is highly recommended.

Bartini is a cozy and inviting restaurant that offers excellent service, making guests feel welcomed with attentive staff and prompt water service. The food is delicious, particularly the cheese fondue and truffle Mac & cheese. The Peach Bliss martini is a standout, tasting like peach rings. Deals on drinks are available on Sundays and Mondays, making it a great spot for a Sunday Funday. This restaurant has beautiful outdoor seating, ideal for warmer days, and an intimate bar with great food and drinks. The cocktails are fun and delicately made, even for those who dislike the taste of alcohol. Bartini is perfect for date nights or small gatherings with friends.
The restaurant's happy hour for drinks and tapas is awesome, with $2 off everything on the menu from 4-6 pm and late-close, all days Sunday and Monday. The bartender makes killer mules, and the furniture and vibes are great. Bartini is connected to a fondue restaurant, and the pesto fondue is highly recommended.
Bartini's martinis are the best, and the tacos are flavorful. The dessert menu features various fondue flavors. The restaurant went out of their way to accommodate a large group reservation, and the server was amazing in helping to get the night started.
