I'm surprised my Google search for Beau Thai isn't full of blog posts waxing poetic about this place like there are for other Portland eateries. I have ordered from BT many times and never ever been let down. Since moving to Portland, BT has been a comfort. They are sometimes open late, and have been a go-to when I am up late or feeling sick or both. they have the BEST spring rolls in pdx. Truly. The BEST spring rolls.
The other eats are great, but the rolls are on another planet.
The pad Thai was very good and the service was excellent.
