Loved it! Had a really good night out on the town!
I did take away, so can’t comment on the restaurant itself. I think they have some of the best sushi in Portland — traditional Japanese style, Nigiri, not the crazy complicated rolls some restaurants have. I particularly like their ōtoro - fatty tuna , and the scallop nigiri in the chefs choice flight was amazing — very sweet and tender. The Ikura was also excellent. Overall, I was hugely satisfied with the food and my order was exactly on time. I’ll be back.
Great spot — food was really good and high quality. I got the Tonkotsu Shio ramen and it was excellent. The chicken appetizer was delicious, and the house-crafted ginger ale was excellent too. Good vibes all around, and the bathroom was spotless. Only knock: waited a long time for my takeout order. Would still come back.
