We left feeling like we just discovered ramen nirvana.“

“I recently visited Toya after hearing great things from my partner’s cousin, and it did not disappoint! The interior design is stunning, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of options, making it tough to choose, but I’m so glad I tried the karaage – easily the best I’ve ever had! The black shoyu ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and their hojicha latte was a perfect, delicious finish. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving Japanese comfort food with a great vibe!“

“I was visiting my gf all the way from CT, and we were blown away at the vibe of the downtown Portland location and how delectable and tasty the food was. The atmosphere was warm, and the food was to die for! Every bite was savory, and it was all practically Food Wars foodgasm top tier levels of delicious! This is gonna be our spot from here on out when we want some delicious ramen that even Naruto the Hokage himself would go bonkers for! Much love and keep rockin! 💖🤘“

“I went here alone and was sat right away by a friendly waiter in a beautiful restaurant! Love the crunchy ice in their water and their ramen was 10/10! Delicious. I got the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and despite their website saying it was $17.50, it was only $17 when I went :) The waiter came and checked on me frequently, the lighting was cozy and warm, and everything was clean. Highly recommend!“
