I recently visited Toya after hearing great things from my partner’s cousin, and it did not disappoint! The interior design is stunning, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The Garlic Karaage is world class. The New School Shoyu was also tasty. Servers are friendly and professional and the location is convenient for East side residents and workers.

Located on the East side, Toya offers a convenient location for residents and workers. The restaurant features an elegant and cozy design and decor, with a cool, sleek vibe that is not stuffy. The interior, service, and food are amazing. The staff is friendly, professional, welcoming, and provides helpful explanations for what is vegan.
The food is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The quality of the broth and noodles is very high. The broth is clear, rich, and delicious, made with a chicken base, a bit of citrus, and a light fish broth mix. The noodles in the ramen are 1000/1000. The Garlic Karaage is world class, and the New School Shoyu is also tasty. Highly recommend the mala mazeman with fried tofu topping. Other standout dishes include the cucumber salad, tofu, shrimp katsu, School Shoyu Ramen, and karaage chicken. The food is incredibly nutritious, with flavors beyond outstanding. Guests leave completely happy and satisfied. This is a high quality and authentic ramen spot, perfect for a pre-show dinner.
