I called lady told me it would be 30 mins and I could come pick it up. I was there 40 min later and it still wasn't ready no worries looked like they were busy. I spoke to a short guy with curly hair who was doing dishes he check said 8 mins it should be done so I sat and waited. Another staff memeber came and asked what was the name and this was 15 mins later and it still wasn't started. I saw people in the restraunt who showed up before me getting there food before my order...read full review
I was visiting my gf all the way from CT, and we were blown away at the vibe of the downtown Portland location and how delectable and tasty the food was. The atmosphere was warm, and the food was to die for! Every bite was savory, and it was all practically Food Wars foodgasm top tier levels of delicious! This is gonna be our spot from here on out when we want some delicious ramen that even Naruto the Hokage himself would go bonkers for! Much love and keep rockin! 💖🤘

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya offers great service, especially from attentive staff like Brandon, who is noted for being kind and bilingual. The menu features popular options like garlic Tonkotsu ramen with extra egg and pork belly, as well as vegetarian and vegan choices, including potato croquettes and highly recommended prawn cakes. The restaurant is clean, wheelchair-accessible, and has a relaxed atmosphere. Guests often praise the ramen, especially the Spicy Ramen, which is suggested with an extra lemon wedge. Some reviews mention that the presentation is great and that the food is of high quality, even for delivery. However, some customers have found the portion sizes smaller than expected for the price. The ambiance includes high ceilings and a lively Spotify mix, creating a pleasant environment for lunch with coworkers downtown. The egg, onions, and vegetables are fresh and crispy, although opinions on the pork vary. Service is efficient, with a kiosk order system that allows for easy self pick-up and bussing. Overall, Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya provides a welcoming environment with a diverse menu and good accessibility.
