This Ben and Jerry's is centrally located, clean, and has good ice cream. The employees are fairly nice, but it's not the awesome sort of hospitality that I like when I'm spending money. Speaking of spending money, you can't get an ice cream for less than$7 here. So, be prepared to spend your paycheck when you go to Ben and Jerry's.
This little place is tucked away behind Potbelly, but not really. It's comfy. Small, yet roomy. Minimally staffed(usually 1 person) in my experiences. But they get stuff done. Great service! Never had a bad experience or regretted going to this Ben & Jerry's!

I asked for their cookie cookie sundae, which looked like a pre-specified item on their menu (kind of like a McChicken from McDonald's) and was told I had to choose which ice cream to create with it? Completely threw me off. It's like ordering a McChicken then being asked how you want to customize it with any meat. Didn't make sense to me.I may be overreacting here btw. But anyways, the Cookie Cookie Sundae was pretty dope!
